The Plot
An Director’s Secretary becomes his confidant as he can no longer see peoples face but hers. But only when she wears a red cardigan. Unknown of her sons ailment his mother sends him out on a date with a cinema heiress at a hotel restaurant. As there is a mix up of destination the secretary runs to the hotel all glitzy and out of her geeky persona and takes the place of the young lady. Of course. Anarchy ensues and laughs begin.
The Cast
The cast is fantastic and the drama use a fantastic use of face blindness. Not to mention the use of SBS as a set for the hospital and the office. I noticed specific rooms and halls from Running Man. I also loved the Minnie mouse mosaic that was in the office set as I thought it was blurred out but on a closeup you can set it is a mosaic.
Now in the show I found Veronica Park annoying but after her first appearance and date with the second male lead she grew on me rather quickly. Especially as she was helping out both siblings in there lives. (Female lead and her sister)
Veronica’s mother however, she can be quite intrusive on most of the young lady’s life but alas this what K-Drama mothers are like sometimes espionage the rich ones. Not to mention the beatings she gives her only child. Ugh.
I did not get the ass of an uncles Cuckoo. Reference until later. And yes he was a total asshole! How dare he not give compensation to his injured employees. Even if his brother did the same thing I’m still miffed about that! I don’t blame the secretaries doing what they did the should be commended for their actions!
My Opinion:
I enjoyed the Drama as it was hilarious and lighthearted. it is a great Korean Drama to get back into the Korean Drama World again after along time or it is your first drama.
