My Kdrama Past

Hello and welcome one to my blog. My name is Zoe but you can call me Drama Bunny. I live with my parents and I started watching k-dramas since 2016 but I had to have a hiatus due to family issues at home. But I recently found a social network which I find very helpful in getting me back into the swing of things and to keep me up to date on K-Drama news and so on. However due to the fact that I cannot use their blogging platform to the extent i am used to i have decided to change back to blogger. Now I shall give a list of Korean dramas I have seen along with Japanese dramas I have also seen.

GTO: Great Teacher Onizuka (2014) - AsianWiki

First is a Japanese drama called GTO  (Great Teacher Onizuka) which is a dramatization of the manga but they did change a few scenes to not upset viewers. It’s about a gangster turned teacher who helps students with personal issues at home and in the school not only does he make mistakes but he soon changes them. He does have some creepy perversions although  he does accidentally look in the girls changing room by accident whilst cleaning the windows. At least I think it was by accident. However I did abandon this drama as I found it difficult to start due to family problems at home.

I also remember the last episode which was when the neighbor of the teaching assistant was watching a stream of her apartment whilst admiring a wedding dress he had for her. Creepy as F. I did like it though when he hammered down a wall to make a point to one of his students parents that they should all sleep in the same bed to as it helps them to be together like a family.

11 Reasons You Need To Watch “Don't Dare To Dream (Jealousy ...

The second drama was Don’t Dare To Dream which is a Korean drama that has love triangle element but also has a breast cancer plot point in one of the male leads who asks the female lead to keep it a secret from work as he may get demoted. The niece of this person is also annoying as she is lashing out over the death of her father by trying to start an triangle for herself. Selfish in my opinion. But then again she does have the right to do so but not by messing with two guys hearts. The drama has a nice ending at the end not to mention that one of the actor is in Hospital Playlist. I actually felt the pain for one of the characters as they were being tested for a mammogram. it did look painful.

Marrying the Mafia II - Wikipedia

I then saw Married To The Mafia 2 which is about a mafia boss secretly starts a relationship with a police woman. My favorite scene is when she mistake the clock alarm for his manhood and ... crunch. He then goes to The office where the receptionist mistakes his cast for a “dogs bone in his trousers” his underling who is his personal driver is hilarious at all times.

Not only is that scene funny but he also finds out his brother is same usage of girth as he does with much larger equipment and the doctor is female and in a relationship with the third brother. There is a third and first film. the third is a continuation of this one but alas the first was lackluster in some aspects but the family dynamic was there along with romance.

Strong Woman Do Bong Soon' Gets An American Makeover With Ronda Rousey

I then saw Strong Woman Bong-Soon which was very fun to watch and well worth a repeat. I enjoyed the effect and plot. It is about a woman who has superhero strength inherited from the females in her family. A CEO of a gaming firm who sees her powers and then employs her to be his bodyguard. She agrees asking as he helps her to develop her own game where she is a playable character.

Not only this but in her neighborhood young women are getting kidnapped by a mysterious villain. Through in some mobsters who have a Loki etiquette and you have a good show.

Live (2018) - MyDramaList

I then saw LIve which is a Korean version of The Bill over here in the UK that used to be on TV in the mid 80-90's. Three new recruits and a demoted superior are sent to a high criminal part of the city where all kinds of mayhem goes on. It’s very good and dark. You are definitely going to need some soju for this. Did I forget to mention Lee Kwang Soo is in this? He is the reason why i started this drama as i am a fan of running man. Sadly I haven’t watched for 2 years. (Same goes for Return of Superman)

I tried watching: the Last Empress but I could not get into it. Not only this but Busted also and My Fellow citizens
